# Emissions History

With migration to Sonic in December 2024, emissions for $BRUSH has been stopped. The total supply of $BRUSH is restricted to \~416 Million. The following section provides an overview of how $BRUSH emissions evolved till the time it was halted. 

### History

Emissions was how $BRUSH was distributed outside of the initial airdrops. By farming and staking $BRUSH, users used to get additional $BRUSH as rewards, proportionally to their staked amounts.
